The company was formed by its crew, out of a passion to perform the very best that it could within the rules and laws governing the real estate profession but without the constraints of corporatisation.

The like-minded members synchronistically came together as if by providence to disect and philosophise the industry that they had all come to love and deeply appreciate.

After planning its strategies, mission statement, aims, philosophies and technologies, an intuitive pathway beaconed the Lighthouse operation into a position in order to assist the Pohutukawa Coast Community to discover an alternative real estate agency offering a fresh approach in a wanting world.

And so on the 13th February 2006 Lighthouse opened its doors as your gateway to the coast.
