Services for Tenants include:
- Current listings available on the net and advertised in local newspapers
- Information provided by phone or email
- Viewing of properties with Lighthouse rental manager or staff
- Application Forms provided
- Liaison with Landlords
- Completion of Residential Tenancy Agreements
- Bond collection and lodgement
- Preparation of Automatic Payment forms
Unless stated otherwise a Letting Fee is payable of one week's rent plus GST on a successful rental.
