Bill entered the Real Estate industry 30 years ago. Initially concentrating on high value lifestyle property, he later, with his own auction licence, listed, marketed and auctioned a variety of real estate around the Auckland area including large rural holdings, Housing Corporation property, residential housing, mortgagee sales and commercial and industrial investments. Even businesses were tried under the hammer.

At a very early stage in meeting with Brianne Bignell, Geoff Bignell, realtor, trainer, tutor and real estate assessor picked Brianne as being a winner. She is a natural born salesperson.

Dulcie's background is in education. For 28 years she was a primary/intermediate teacher, the last 12 of these in senior management.

Geoff is an experienced realtor and has provided a constant service on the Pohutukawa Coast for more than 20 years. Throughout this time he has successfully managed all manner of real estate sales and service, including residential, commercial, rural and industrial property.
