Bill entered the Real Estate industry 30 years ago. Initially concentrating on high value lifestyle property, he later, with his own auction licence, listed, marketed and auctioned a variety of real estate around the Auckland area including large rural holdings, Housing Corporation property, residential housing, mortgagee sales and commercial and industrial investments. Even businesses were tried under the hammer.

Bill has developed four successful businesses over the years and has a very empathetic ‘feel' for this sector. He is a good sounding board for ideas and projects and business systems. He believes far too many ‘advisors' complicate business issues for struggling or start-up businesses. He is more than happy to assist sellers of ‘distressed' businesses. He has always had an ongoing interest - personal and professional - in the commercial and industrial property market. Throughout his real estate career he has regularly handled the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property. He spent four years with a major industrial company.

Bill has very significant experience in the marketing and sale of a wide range (and inestimable value) of real estate and has experienced the changes and trends which have occurred over nearly 30 years. He will handle your purchase, sale or leasing enquiry with skill, experience, industry knowledge and professional integrity.

Bill is married to Teena, has two adult daughters and lives in Howick. He and Teena together enjoy golf, cycling and travel - and Bill is passionate about road safety, driving standards and driver training in NZ. He is a Member of the NZ Institute of Advanced Motorists.
