Dulcie's background is in education. For 28 years she was a primary/intermediate teacher, the last 12 of these in senior management.

Dulcie has had her Real Estate Salesperson's Certificate since 1992 and in 2003 completed a specialist course on Property Management. Her focus since then has been on the rental market on the Pohutukawa Coast.
