Steve Couper, Property Manager for Lighthouse Real Estate, has his feet firmly under the property management desk in the Lighthouse Office. Steve is a licensed real estate sales person with a particular bent towards the rental department. He enjoys meeting with tenants and landlords respectively to satisfy the needs of both parties. He is focused on getting the job done right at the outset and is meticulous about attention to detail.

Steve's background in logistics among other numerous work experiences both at home and abroad have lead rise to improving the property management services at Lighthouse through the introduction of smart computerized programmes and other systems enabling him to keep his finger on the pulse. His enthusiasm for the job has meant that the company has joined an elite group of property managers called LPMNZ -Leading Property Managers of New Zealand. Such membership ensures that Steve is right on top of his game with changes to trends, rules, legislation and the like.

As an adjunct to Steve's professional background his skills include dealing with people, in particular landlords, tenants and third parties being trades people especially. His easy going personality and happy disposition warm people to him. Along with this special gift and his temperament for perfection makes Steve not only unique but also perfectly well suited to the Lighthouse Team and is a very welcome addition.
